Experience – Agents must have industry experience or TAP training.
Travel Experience – Agents must have completed five trips in the past five years.
Availability – Agents must be accessible and responsive to clients.
Online Presence – Agents must be willing to be active in social media (Facebook, twitter, blog, message board) in a family-appropriate, positive manner.
Personality – Agents must be customer service focused, well spoken, well written, and enthusiastic.
Continuing Education – Once agents are hired, they must be willing to complete training and plan to continue to travel annually.
